No Warranties / As-Is

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any risk score. An unflagged listing does not guarantee safety, and a high-risk flag does not definitively prove fraud.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creators of SubletShield be held liable for any financial losses, rental scams, lost deposits, or legal disputes arising from your rental search or use of this tool.

User Responsibility
